Robert Howlett is a standup appraiser. It's pretty clear to see as soon as you visit his website that he is as legitimate as they come. Other appraisers have given me one price over the phone but gave me a different price once the address was given. Due to the acreage of the property and the neighborhood, others often raised their prices. Robert was professional and punctual. He had all the tools needed to get the request completed with a full report. He is Appraiser residential licensed so he is not a trainee or merely an entry level appraiser. He knew all the public record databases to get me the report I needed by my deadline. I'm going to recommend other clients to him in the future. Honest and fast working.
